Civil Affair Procedure

Registration procedure of producing/processing facility

Applicant→Submission of registration application→Regional offices of the NFQS(Evaluation of sanitary condition (inspection and investigation of  producing/processing facility))→The NFQS(Issuance of unique registration number, issuance of registration certificate)→Issuance of registration certificate of producing and processsing facility, The MOF(Notify the exporting country)

HACCP inplementing facility

Applicant→Submission of registration application for HACCP implementing facility→Regional offices of the NFQS(Evaluation of HACCP implementation (inspection and investigate the facility))→The NFQS(Issuance of unique registration number, issuance of registration certificate)→Issuance of HACCP certificate,The MOF(Governor)
